Once you hit 40 most women start noticing changes to their body and it seems to become more and more difficult to lose and maintain a healthy weight.

In Kathryn’s Controlling Your Weight After 40 seminar she’ll be looking at this very issue. Bring along a friend, and join Kathryn at Balance2health for a cup of herbal tea and some healthy treats, while we talk about what to do.

The seminar will concentrate on simple practical solutions, as well as some myth busting. We’ll be looking at why it’s harder to lose weight after 40; what happens to your metabolism; ways to beat the common food traps and how to not crash and burn at 3.00pm (or 10.30am!) and give in to the ‘bad food’ cravings.
