New dates for Group Weight Loss programme

The next sessions of Kathryn’s successful Group Weight Loss Programme start up soon. This five week group programme is designed to help you lose weight, while still enjoying real food. Each week includes a weigh-in. You’ll also learn how to lose weight, as well as practical ways to improve your energy levels and minimise food cravings.

With the Group Weight Loss Meetings, you’ll benefit from learning in a supportive, group environment. Moreover, unlike many programmes, you will also receive personalised attention from Kathryn Elliott, a qualified Nutritionist.

Details:

  • There are two session times available: Wednesdays 10.00 – 11.00am from 10 November OR Thursdays 7.00 – 8.00pm from 11 November
  • Cost $20 per week
  • Book early as numbers are strictly limited
  • Programme includes 5 sessions over 4 weeks
