New Class: Pilates with ChiBall

From November we will be adding a new class to our Pilates schedule: Pilates with ChiBall.
The ChiBallâ„¢ is used to promote concentration, to build awareness of moving from our centre and strengthen postural muscles. The exercises challenge stability and control to improve core strength and stretch, tone legs, buttocks, hips and arms. The combination of Pilates and ChiBall promotes strength and wellbeing.
The class also includes a series of stretches to release stiffness of the lower back, shoulders, and relaxation with breathing exercises.
The special class, with Instructor Adrienn German, is a beneficial fusion of Pilates and ChiBall.

- Friday 6.30am
- Series of 5 classes: 11, 18, 25 March, 1 , 8 April
- Fee: $87.50
- Members $70.00 (2nd / 3rd) class
- Suitable for all levels
