New dates for the Group Weight Loss programme

In 2011 Kathryn will be running more sessions of her successful Group Weight Loss programme. This is a four week, group programme, aimed at helping you to lose weight, while eating real foods and living your normal life.

Recommend a friend and you will get your first session for free.

Each week will include a weigh-in. You’ll also learn about the best way for you to lose weight, as well as practical ways to improve your energy levels and minimise food cravings.

With the Group Weight Loss programme, you’ll benefit from learning in a supportive, group environment. Moreover, unlike many diets, you will also receive personalised attention from Kathryn Elliott, a qualified Nutritionist.

During the five weeks we’ll be looking at:

  • food planning
  • how to eat a balanced diet and lose weight
  • motivation and accountability
  • what you need to do to be healthy
  • how to eat more vegetables
  • how to look after yourself and lose weight when you’re busy and snowed under
  • how to make simple, healthy meals that help you to lose weight

Group weight loss programme details:

  • There are three different time-slots available
  • Either Thursday at 6.15 – 7.15pm from 31 March OR Friday 12.30 – 1.30pm from 1 April OR Saturday 2.00 – 3.00pm from 2 April
  • Cost: $20 per week ($80 in total)
  • Book early as numbers are strictly limited
  • Programme runs for 4 weeks
