Seminar: Decoding Food Labels

Posted by kathryn in Nutrition

The average Australian supermarkets sells over 30,000 different products. Apart from the fresh foods most of these products are sold in packets, which are covered in pictures and words.

It’s possible to find out a lot of information from food labels. However much of what’s on the box is marketing -which emphasises the good and glosses over the bad.

If you’re concerned about your health and what you eat, then it’s vital to know some of the tricks and traps food manufacturers use to encourage you to buy.

The Decoding Food Labels Seminar will cover what you need to know to be a savvy shopper and buy the best food.
