A great start to the term with most of our classes now fully booked and we thank you for your commitment. Keeping your fitness habits on track as we approach the festive season is vital to keeping optimum health, wellbeing and managing our stress levels. Aim to keep a healthy work life balance, making exercise a normal part of your week.

We have only a few vacancies, for anyone looking to add a new class or for new members – you can view the current schedule here.

NEW members are welcome to join a class at anytime during the term! Classes for Term 4 conclude on Sunday 18 December.
