Pilates Mat Classes

At Balance2health, we offer small group Pilates Mat classes, with a maximum of 10 participants in each class,  giving members the opportunity to enjoy personalised attention and support. Pilates uses gentle muscle strengthening and lengthening movements to develop core stability and abdominal strength.

A Pilates mat class will improve your strength, posture and mobility giving you fast results.

Pilates is an innovative whole-of-body exercise that will:

  • improve posture and functional movement
  • reduce or eliminate back and neck pain
  • correct spinal alignment
  • create and improve body awareness
  • promote relaxation and mindfulness

Our Pilates Mat classes range from Restorative Pilates though to Pilates Flow, Pilates Open, Intermediate Pilates and Active Pilates.
