If you’re struggling with cooking dinner and want quick, simple to make, delicious and healthy food, why not try a cooking class?
Nutritionist Kathryn Elliott uses fresh, seasonal produce to produce delicious food. Her focus is on everyday eating, the kind of meals you want to make at the end of the day, even if it’s been a busy day. You may want to regenerate your weekly meal plan, get some new inspiration or a family member may have specific dietary requirements. Cooking classes can be targeted to gluten free eating, vegetarian and vegan meals, lactose free, low GI eating and cooking for weight loss. Kathryn can also show you how to makeover your favourite recipes, so they are healthier and better for you.

Supermarket tours:
Join Kathryn for a nutrition tour of your local supermarket. As you walk through the supermarket aisles, Kathryn will show you the healthiest options to purchase and the best foods for you and your family. She’ll also give you tips on deciphering food labels and cutting through the food marketing tricks and traps.
Join a general tour, held once a term. You can also book a one-on-one or private group tour, which will be tailored to you and can focus on anything from general healthy eating, through to feeding a family, vegetarian food and low GI shopping. For more information contact Kathryn.
