Healthy Weight Loss Plan
Special Offer: from 12 January – 1 March bring a friend to the Balance2health Thursday evening (6.15pm) Healthy Weight Loss meeting and you’ll both get your first session for free.
The Healthy Weight Loss Plan is a weekly programme, aimed at helping you to lose weight, while eating real foods and living your normal life.
Members attend weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on their needs and the group is kept small to maximise personal attention.
You’ll learn about the best foods to eat to lose weight, how to organise your meals and snacks, as well as practical ways to improve your energy levels and minimise food cravings. The Balance2health Healthy Weight Loss Plan focuses on eating real food, having a healthy and balanced diet, while also losing weight.
With the Balance2health Healthy Weight Loss Plan, you’ll benefit from learning in a supportive, group environment. Moreover, unlike many weight loss schemes, you will also receive personalised attention from Kathryn Elliott, a qualified Nutritionist.
Topics we focus on include:
- Food and menu planning
- How to eat a balanced diet and lose weight
- Motivation and accountability
- What you need to do to be healthy
- How to eat more vegetables
- How to look after yourself and lose weight when you’re busy and snowed under
- How to make simple, healthy meals that help you to lose weight
- Each week will also include a weigh-in
Healthy Weight Loss Plan details:
- Weekly meetings
- Thursday 6.15 – 6.45pm
- Cost: $10 per week, although a discount is offered if you book in for a block of five sessions (costs $40 instead of $50)
- Members are encouraged to attend weekly for the first four weeks and can then come along weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on their needs.
- Bookings are required
- Sessions take place at Balance2health in Gladesville
