Healthy Weight Loss Programmes

The Balance2health Healthy Weight Loss programme is for anyone who wants to take control of their eating.
If you’ve tried other diets and failed and are ready to make long term lifestyle changes to improve your health and wellbeing, then book into Kathryn’s weight management programme. The programme is based around behaviour change, enabling you to make the right choices to feel healthier, happier and more confident.
Kathryn does not claim to make you lose weight quickly, this is not a fad diet and there are no meal replacements involved. Instead the programme concentrates on sensible, balanced, delicious eating and drinking.
Throughout the programme there is full support, education, advice and motivation.
The healthy weight loss programme is offered in:
- One-on-one consultations: specifically tailored to your health, tastes, lifestyle and needs
- Private groups: come together with a group of up to three friends to support and motivate each other, while you lose weight together
- Weekly group: Kathryn also runs a weekly weight loss meeting on Thursdays at 6.15pm, for people interested in joining a small group. To find out more click here.
