Fees for Personal Training
Initial session includes pre-exercise screening, assessment and goal setting. Fee $50.
Payment for either a single or block of sessions is appreciated prior to or on the day of the booking.
- 1 x 30 minute session per week $45
- 1 x 40 minute session per week $50
- 2 x 30 minute sessions per week $80
- Block of 5 sessions $225
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice required or 50% of fee is charged.
Missed sessions can be made up if adequate notice is provided.
