The Balance2health team are also available for private and semi-private Pilates. We always recommend a couple of private classes if you are new to Pilates. Private sessions will teach correct breathing technique, introduce the fundamentals, and provide you with confidence and support. Learn the basics in a safe and comfortable environment at your own pace. Suitable for 1-3 people.
Payment for either a single or block of sessions is appreciated prior to or on the day of the booking.
Your first session, includes pre-exercise screening, assessment and goal setting. Fee $50
- 1 x 30 minute session per week $45
- 1 x 40 minute session per week $50
- 2 x 30 minute sessions per week $80
- Block booking 5 sessions $225
Cancellation Policy:- 24 hours notice is required or 50% of fee is charged. Missed sessions can be made up, if notice is provided.
