At Balance2health, we offer Pilates for small groups, with a maximum of 8 participants in each class,  giving members the opportunity to enjoy personalised attention and support. Pilates uses gentle muscle strengthening and lengthening movements to develop core stability and abdominal strength. Our mat Pilates classes use small apparatus that include rollers, weights, bands and balls.
