At Balance2health we firmly believe exercise is a fundamental part a healthy life. Our Personal Training sessions, provide the opportunity to be guided through an exercise plan in a safe, totally private environment. Sessions range from rehabilitation, Remedial Pilates through to general fitness and strength. Suitable for 1 - 2 people over 16 years.

Free Goal Setting

Finding motivation to exercise or developing the habit of exercising regularly, can be a challenge for all. Discover ways to include more movement or incidental exercise in your day. Our exercise goals need to be realistic, specific and time-based. How many sessions are needed?

Personal Training can be used either on a regular basis, several times or just occasionally, when new fitness goals and extra motivation for exercise are required, as well as to complement other exercise choices.
