The Balance2health team are available for private and semi-private Pilates. Private sessions are recommended if you are new to Pilates, require Remedial Pilates post injury or illness or have been referred by an Allied Health Professional. Private sessions include pre-exercise screening, discussion of goals, postural assessment, instruction of correct technique and breathing patterns. Every session providing you with confidence, motivation and support, in a safe, comfortable, private studio environment, progressing at your own pace. Suitable for 1 - 2 people only.
