Alexia Morris: OWNER - Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor & Group Exercise Instructor

With more than 30 years experience in the Fitness Industry, Alexia Morris has a true passion for exercise, and is dedicated to helping others enjoy a more active and healthy lifestyle. With a background in education and fitness, Alexia established Balance2health in 2008 and continues to lead a highly qualified and dedicated team. Alexia has the ability to motivate and greatly encourage others to make exercise a part of life,  empowering her clients to become stronger both mentally and physically.

In recent years, Alexia has also specialised in assisting people, through gentle exercise who are recovering from illness and injury. Over the years many of Alexia's clients have been referred by local allied health professionals.  Alexia's extensive career, has enabled her to instruct many different styles of classes and training sessions, resulting in great variety and a loyal following.

Adrienn German: Pilates Instructor

Adrienn German has been teaching in the Fitness Industry since 2004. Adrienn's passion and experience in movement and dance has lead her to diversify her Pilates Instruction, to include Chi Ball, Rainbow Kids, Family Yoga and GROOVE.  Adrienn’s own practice assisted her recovery from an ankle and lower back injury. Adrienn's experience in the corporate world, provides her with great insight regarding the imbalance and stress on the body, often the result of long working office hours. Adrienn also maintains her own practice by regularly attending Dance and Yoga classes. Her gentle, encouraging teaching style is very popular with class members of all ages and stages.

Britt Oltrogger has been a Registered Fitness Instructor with Fitness Australia for over 20 years. She has a great deal of experience in the Fitness Industry both as a Gym and Pilates Instructor. Britt's attention to detail assists her class members to become more aware of functional movement. Her classes provide creativity and variety by often incorporating props.  Britt has a passion for helping clients to achieve an improved quality of physical and emotional well being.

Alex Collins: Pilates Instructor

Alex Collins decided to fully embrace her passion for Pilates after seven years of being a devotee. In 2012 she studied to become a Pilates Instructor. With a background in Classical Ballet with the Queensland Ballet, she has also continued with involvement in adult dance. Being the proud mother of four boys, she understands the pressures of busy lives and the importance of striving to achieve a balanced approach. She believes Pilates is beneficial for both mind and body and helps to maintain this balance. Her focus is on technique, strength and flexibility in a welcoming environment.

Lilly has a professional background as an Allied Health Practitioner and has been practicing Pilates for 14 years with the past 8 years at Balance2health. Her experience developing her own practice in a small studio environment, inspired her to further her interest in Pilates by undertaking teacher training in 2016.  One of the things Lilly enjoys about practicing and teaching Pilates is the opportunity to help people discovering not only the benefits that regular Pilates practice can bring but to find new ways to challenge the body, refine technique and enjoy that all important escape from a busy work and home life.

Olivia Hammerschmidt - Yoga Teacher

As an accredited Japanese Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Australia and International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA), Olivia has a special interest in helping people incorporate yoga into their lives to create a healthier balance with body and mind. Olivia has a special interest in working with clients to alleviate anxiety, panic disorder, depression, chronic stress and improving sleep issues. Olivia also works part-time at the International Yoga Teacher’s Association (IYTA) as Post Graduate Course Manager for Yin Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Seniors Yoga and Meditation.

Jane Ainsworth: Naturopath

Jane has been in practice for 20 years and loves helping people live a healthier and more fulfilling life. Her aim is to inspire you to be the best version of yourself. Jane is particularly passionate about working with women to feel empowered about their health on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Jane treats a vast range of health concerns including digestive issues, female hormone imbalances that include PMS, endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS and menopause, anxiety, depression and sleep disturbances. Jane also runs her successful workshop series Cool, Calm and Connected which cover food, exercise, meditation and self healing techniques. More recently Jane has created popular "Women's Circle & Meditation" sessions.
