The Balance2health team are available for private and semi-private Pilates. Private sessions are recommended if you are new to Pilates or require Remedial Pilates post injury or illness or have been referred by an Allied Health Professional. Private sessions include breathing techniques, postural assessment and Pilates fundamentals, providing you with confidence and support, in a safe, comfortable, private studio environment, progressing at your own pace. Suitable for 1 - 2 people.
Payment for either a single or block of sessions is appreciated prior to or on the day of the booking.
Your first session, includes pre-exercise screening, assessment and goal setting.
- 1 x 30 minute session per week $45
- 1 x 40 minute session per week $50
- 2 x 30 minute sessions per week $80
- Block booking 5 sessions $225
Cancellation Policy:- 24 hours notice is required or 50% of fee is charged. Missed sessions can be made up, if notice is provided.
